Established in 1986, Firstdraft is Australia’s longest-running independent, artist-led initiative, and is managed by a team of staff and governed by a rotating board of artists, curators, writers and arts leaders. 

Firstdraft operates through the dedicated work of our staff, board, advisory committee and volunteers.
