preparing a AV file for display
the functions and features of a projector, TV, media player
how to program a media player

About the Facilitator: Gotaro Uematsu
Gotaro Uematsu has over 25 years’ experience as a visual arts audio visual specialist, installing AV works at AGNSW, Carriageworks, MCA, White Rabbit Gallery, the Powerhouse Museum, NGA, ACCA and many commercial galleries. Internationally he has worked on installations at the Australia Pavilion at the Venice Biennale four times, as well as the Sao Paulo and Busan Biennales and the Yokohama Triennale, Casa Morra Naples and the Bogota Museum of Modern Art (MAMBO). He has managed audio visual installations for the Biennale of Sydney since 2010. He has worked closely with Australian artists including Mike Parr, Shaun Gladwell, Tracey Moffatt and Angelica Mesiti. International artists he has worked with include Ryoji Ikeda, Bill Viola and Isaac Julien.
