Victor Guan Yi Zhou is an Cantonese-Australian emerging writer who grew up on Dharug Land. He graduated from The University of Sydney with a degree in art history and design computing.

An art historian and theorist of modern and contemporary art employing edible materials working on the unceded lands of the Gadigal and Bidjigal peoples. I completed my PhD (Art Theory) at UNSW Art & Design, and my research focuses on the sensory and affective experiences of food art within broader sociocultural frameworks.
