Jincheng Deng is a Hainanese artist based in Melbourne with a background in interdisciplinary practice. He has participated in solo and collaborative projects, including “Sleepy?” at Mpavilion Parkville and “Flying Backwards” at TCB Gallery in collaboration with Huang Xuebin. Deng was shortlisted for the Incinerator Art Award and received the New Public Arts Curating Award in China. Also serving as a curator and editor, he initiated the Ofce of Octo in Haikou and cofounded HAIR ARi in Melbourne, fostering diverse public engagement.
