Dave Horton

David Horton born in 1973 in Sydney, developed an early interest in Visual arts. After completing a trade he pursued a Fine Arts degree majoring in sculpture and later earned a Masters degree in the same field from the National Art School.

Horton has received numerous accolades including the Sculpture by the Sea prize in 2007, the Helen Lempriere Scholarship in 2010, the Art Gallery of NSW sculpture prize, Transfield invited artist subsidy and other awards. His work has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions in Sydney, Melbourne, New Zealand and New York.
