Loc Nguyen (b. 1996) is an emerging artist based in Sydney working across video, sound and performance. His practice explores the relationship between the human body and machines, often looking to the cyborg as an investigation into how racial and queer identities have been shaped through digital technologies and pornographic cyberspaces. Nguyen is currently studying his Bachelor of Media Arts (Honours) at UNSW Art & Design. He has exhibited and performed with spaces such as Kudos Gallery, PACT Theatre, Performance Space as part of their 2018 Stephen Cummins Queer Development Program, and was also a collaborator with dLux Media Arts for VIVID 2017.
