Ming Sun (he/him, b. 2000) is a Taiwanese-born emerging artist who works across an expanded multidisciplinary field of practice. His work is significantly influenced by both his Taiwanese and Malaysian cultural heritage, while exploring themes of identity, emotion and memory, referencing concepts of East Asian Philosophy.

His experiences and residencies in multiple countries influence his work, which celebrates multicultural and multilingual conviviality.
With his academic background in both fine arts and linguistics, Ming is specifically interested in transcultural intersection and communication, and bringing traditional practices into the contemporary art setting.
