Amanda Dobbie

Amanda is seasoned corporate executive with experience spanning the finance, technology, legal and not for profit sectors. She has extensive experience developing strategy and has strong governance and risk management skills. Amanda is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a practicing lawyer.

Amanda is passionate about environmental and social governance and elevating underrepresented groups. At Bloomberg, she developed the philanthropic program in Australia and developed a commercially viable ESG product. She worked in the not-for-profit sector to achieve a more balanced gender ratio and assist women into executive and leadership roles in the Banking and Finance sector. In her spare time, Amanda volunteers at Kingsford Legal Centre, where she provides pro bono legal advice to the local community.

She is thrilled to be part of the Firstdraft board and assist with the mission to assist emerging and mid-career artists establish their careers.
