Bill Dunbar

Bill Dunbar is an infrastructure and property professional, creative writer and cultural advisor with 25 years’ experience in the public and private sectors across Australia and globally. His business career spans government policy, business case development, large-scale project planning and delivery, capital raising and finance, corporate renewals, and launching and advancing startups. Since 2021, he has worked through Gate Xero on projects that combine my ethical and personal interests in arts and culture, social and affordable housing, community-led precinct building, renewable energy, greenspace assembly, nature repair, and Indigenous health. He is also a creative writer with an academic background. Dunbar is a writer of Telemachus (www.telemachus.com.au). He has a Doctorate in English Literature from the University of Sydney. In 2023, Dunbar co-founded Vitagraph Publishing, an independent Not-for-Profit publishing house for uncompromising non-mainstream writing. It commenced operations with two editions of the journal, “Written Off,” in 2024.
