Kym Elphinstone

Kym Elphinstone is an arts advisor and cultural strategist with more than two decades of experience working with arts organisations in Australia and internationally. She is the Founder and CEO of Articulate Advisory, Australia's leading cultural agency, established in 2009. A specialist in audience development, communications strategy, media relations and stakeholder management, she has also held positions at the MCA Australia and the New Museum in New York. She is a Board Director of Ngununggula, Southern Highlands Regional Gallery and sits on the Advisory Council of Sydney Contemporary. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Kym holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Laws (Honours) and postgraduate degrees in law, strategic marketing and art history. In 2025 she published Collecting: Living with Art with Thames & Hudson.
