The Artist agrees to:

Arrive on time to set up and pack down during the allocated times.

Pay the agreed stallholder fee

Keep their stall tidy and presentable throughout the event.

Handle all their own sales and transactions

Comply with any venue or site-specific rules.

Have appropriate public liability insurance.

Firstdraft Responsibilities

The Organiser agrees to:

Provide the agreed stall space and listed equipment.

Promote the market through agreed channels.

Be available for communication and support on the day.

• Bump in: 10:00am – 11:00am

• Market hours: 11:00am – 5:00pm

• Bump out: 5:00pm – 5:30pm
